Personalized Telehealth & In Office Psychiatric Services

Our skilled team provides psychiatric care Florida residents can access from home or in person.  With compassion, clinical expertise, and convenience.

Psychiatric Evaluation (60 minutes)

A full mental health assessment to guide diagnosis and personalized treatment plans.

A psychiatric evaluation is a comprehensive assessment of a person’s mental health. It includes a review of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to identify potential mental health disorders.

If a disorder is present, the evaluation helps guide the development of a personalized treatment plan. As the first step in care, this appointment provides the foundation for future support.

Medication Management
(15 minutes)

Collaborate with our professionals to effectively manage your medications, ensuring they align with your mental health needs.

Medication management is a comprehensive process ensuring medications are used effectively, safely, and appropriately to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes. It involves assessing patient needs, selecting and prescribing medications, monitoring their effects, and educating patients on proper use and adherence. The goal is to maximize benefits, minimize risks, and prevent medication-related problems.

Psychotherapy (30–60 minutes)

Talk therapy that supports emotional well-being, stress management, and deeper healing.

Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy, is a treatment that uses verbal communication with a mental health professional. Its goal is to help individuals identify and change unhealthy thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
This approach can address a variety of concerns. For example, it is often used for managing stress, resolving relationship problems, and treating mental health conditions.
During sessions, patients and therapists work together to explore and understand feelings and behaviors. As a result, patients develop healthier coping skills and gain greater emotional awareness.

Extended Medication Management (30 minutes)

Our experienced professionals are here to guide you with a combination of medication and psychotherapy.

Includes a blend of Medication Management as described previously as supportive psychotherapy.
